Job Description

Elite Physical Therapy is a growing company with four locations in Pierce County, WA. Our treatment philosophies emphasize patient education and achieving independence in symptom management. Elite Physical Therapy maintains one on one treatments, with 40 minute appointment times for each patient. We utilize computer documentation system to assist with efficiency in completing notes and billing. We are looking for a motivated and experienced clinician to assume a leadership position in an established clinic.

-Current US work authorization as US Citizen
-Current active license to practice as a Physical Therapist in WA (or eligible to be licensed)
-Minimum of 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist. At least one year of experience in a management role is preferred.

-Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Ability to successfully prioritize multiple tasks and to meet set deadlines.
-Demonstrated clinical excellence.

Clinical Duties:
-Treat and evaluate patients approximately 25 hours of the work week, may flux with clinic demand.
-Perform daily documentation and maintain high standards of care for treatment interventions.
-Supervise treating staff and provide technical direction as needed regarding patient care.
-Ensure safety standards are upheld by all staff-Manage day to day clinical operations.

Administrative duties:
-Oversee day-to-day operations of the office and office staff.
-Oversee and participate in marketing activities to develop relationships with referral sources and the community.
-Manage profitability of the office through managing the distribution of caseload between staff.
-Make decisions regarding staffing needs based on caseload projections.
-Provide quality assurance over administrative aspects of patient management.
-Adhere to the goals and objectives of the company and represent those goals to the clinic staff.
-Lead and participate in staff meetings.
-Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
-Provide corrective direction to clinic staff as needed, maintain appropriate documentation in disciplinary situations.
-Perform performance reviews.
-Oversee authorizations.
-Identify inefficiencies and work to improve daily routines.
-Other duties that may arise.
